A leading FMCG manufacturer are looking to add an experience Production Manager to the management team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Production Manager with strong planning and people management skills to join a well established global business who work in the FMCG sector.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the health and safety of shop floor employees
- Deliver products according to plan and within specifications to ensure the highest quality and service
- Maximize the utilization and efficiency of assets to maintain a balance between capacity and demand
- Continuously improve all relevant operational metrics, such as material balance, output per manhour, and OEE%
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams. teams including training, discipline, development and morale
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience working as a production manager
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Techniques and processes
