Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and growing manufacturing business? I am looking for a strong people manager with a background in production management and supervision to lead a production area within an expanding manufacturing business. This role is a days based role so would be a great opportunity to get off shift and into a days role with an early finish on Fridays.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management of a production team of operators.
- Participation and driving of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the quality of work in conjunction with the quality team.
- Ensure health and safety policy is followed by the staff.
- KPI Management.
Requirements
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a production management / supervisory capacity.
- Strong people manager.
- Experience in setting up KPIs.
