A world renowned manufacturing group is currently looking to take on a Quality Supervisor.  This is the opportunity to work a global business and take up a key function in the Quality team. This role will be well suited to an experience quality professional from an engineered product environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the QC team to ensure optimal performance attained.
• Effective closure of both internal and external (CAPA) production quality issues.
• Developing and maintaining appropriate quality instructions, specifications and standards.
• Leading supplier quality improvements.
• Supporting quality training of production staff.
• Acting as a quality mentor to the QC and Production teams.
• Performing audits of the production quality system.
• Effective control of non-conforming product.

Requirements

• Previous experience of working in a lead quality engineering role.
• Good working knowledge of ISO 13485/ ISO 9001.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, e.g. DMAIC, PDCA, 8D.
