Part Time - Maintenance Engineer

£14 -£21 p/h + Overtime Available

8am-5pm 2/3 days a week

They are looking for a mechanically biased engineer that is looking for a steady position, and has experience in similar positions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Working on FMCG production, and machinery and facilities maintenance- Responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance of all machinery
• Responsible for fabrication work for new parts and CI
• Welding work is required 
• A lot of the electrical work is plug and play
• Working with a variety of PLCs on site
• Working with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Gearboxes, Bearings, Motors, capping machines, fillers, pumps, and Conveyors
• Assisting with installations of new equipment
• Ordering spares for the department

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Production and manufacturing experience
• Engineering qualification
• Ability to work individually
• PLC - Electrical fault finding skills
