I am working with a growing client looking for a process engineer to join their site in Aylesbury. This role offers a new challenge for someone who is looking for a more active role with more opportunity to develop their own systems and procedures.
Role:
- Provide support to the operations and engineering team
- Lead plant development to optimise processes and reduce waste
- Indentifying plant issues, investigating root causes and implementing solutions
- Developing plant procedures and standard practices
- Monitor KPIs and products
- Assist with compliance, audits and health and safety
Must have:
- 2+ years in a process engineering or similar position
- Experience in hands on engineering
- Qualifications in chemical or an engineering diiscipline (or similar)
- Have experience designing with 3D softwares
Good to have:
- Experience with CAPEX projects
- Experience doing root casue analysis
- Experience in FMCG, chemical, industrial manufacturing, energy or oil and gas
