Our client, an established and rapidly growing builder with a strong pipeline of projects across the state, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join their team. With multiple project wins and a pipeline secured for the next 4-5 years, this is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-value project and further your career with a supportive, growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the $35M luxury apartment project, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with the pre-construction team during the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase to ensure smooth transition to the delivery phase.
- Develop, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring financial performance is aligned with targets.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all site activities, ensuring smooth progression and timely delivery of the project.
- Ensure the project meets all quality standards, reviewing construction methods and materials to achieve the desired results.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring effective communication across all levels.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Lead and mentor the project team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project documentation.
About You
- You have a proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects, ideally in the $10M - $50M range.
- You hold a relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects from inception through to successful delivery.
- You are highly skilled in budget management, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
- You have exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- You are familiar with local building codes, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
