Project Manager – Client Side Project Management & Property Advisory

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager with experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction, leading the delivery of $100M+ D&C projects from start to finish.

This highly regarded Project Management and Property Advisory firm specialises in delivering $500M - $10B+ large-scale, complex urban developments. Working with both public and private sector clients, they provide expertise across the full project lifecycle - from acquisition and procurement to design, construction, and handover.

Their portfolio spans urban renewal, residential, infrastructure, commercial, retail, and Sydney Metro projects.

Who We’re Looking For

A Project Manager with 5-10 years of industry experience and a background in Project or Construction Management, particularly in:

✅ Master planning, design management, construction delivery, and asset handover
✅ Previous experience with a D&C Contractor
✅ Led a $100M+ D&C project or managed a subcontractor package >$50M
✅ Ability to chair design meetings and lead design teams
✅ Experience managing consultants, design costs, and variations
✅ Strong understanding of project management disciplines required for execution
✅ Skilled in scoping consultant agreements to ensure no gaps or overlaps
✅ Can develop and execute consultant strategies
✅ Proven ability to manage design outcomes, program, cost, and quality
✅ Commercial acumen in managing D&C and consultant contracts
