As the Head of Data Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in steering new business initiatives, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality recruitment services. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a passion for modern recruitment methodologies, and a strong background in the data recruitment industry.

What you will be doing:

 

  1. Business Development: 
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data sector, establishing the company as a leader in the industry.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Lead the team in formulating and executing effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

 

  1. Recruitment Operations: 
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the identification and placement of top-tier data professionals.
    • Implement and enhance modern recruitment approaches, leveraging events, podcasts, marketing, and branding to attract and engage a diverse talent pool.
    • Drive innovation within the team, encouraging the use of advanced recruitment tools and technologies.

 

  1. Team Leadership and Development: 
    • Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of data recruiters.
    • Provide continuous training and support to both new and experienced recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
    • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

 

  1. Strategic Planning: 
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives and market trends.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry dynamics, informing strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and ensure the data recruitment business aligns with the company's vision.

 

  1. Marketing and Branding: 
    • Drive the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies to elevate the company's profile in the data recruitment sector.
    • Utilise innovative channels, such as social media, events, podcasts, and targeted marketing campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and attract clients and candidates.
