Our client is a leading 300-bed hospital with a state-of-the-art, 42-bed Emergency Department operating 24/7 in Canberra. About the Role
We’re seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Registered Nurses for full-time permanent and part time roles in our client’s CCU and HDU Department. Offering strong professional development ,career progression, Stable leadership , that is transparent and approachable with a high safety focus.
As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will:
- Conduct advanced clinical assessments for critically ill patients.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive, patient- centered care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
- Uphold national standards and guidelines while ensuring the highest level of care.
About You
- Registered (or eligible for registration) with AHPRA
- Experienced in Emergency Departments; Level 2 Nurses should have a Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or equivalent (or be working toward one)
- Flexibility to work on rotational rosters
- Proficient in digital health systems with a commitment to Canberra’s digital transformation in health services
Hold current Ventilator Competency and Advanced Life Support- Dedicated to ongoing professional development and training
- Able to pass a pre-employment National Police Check
