The position of Digital Acquisition Manager has simply been created to drive product sales across multiple channels including Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, all whilst sharing best practise with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities for Digital Acquisition Manager :
- Work with business stakeholders to define the role for marketing campaigns and create compelling briefs, with clear objectives and targets
- Manage the full delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns, from creation and briefing through to to delivery across multi-channels
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the wider business, demonstrating an understanding of marketing requirements/needs
- Ensure that all digital acquisition marketing campaigns are delivered in a consistent and compliant manner, by ensuring governance and operational issues are adhered to including Food supplement regulations and advertising rules
- Pro-actively identify and propose new commercial opportunities for off-line, as well as on-line media to further grow the brand
- Own the ongoing customer acquisition plan in order to continuously increase new customers for the brand and drive business growth
Skills required for Digital Acquisition Manager:
- Strong reporting and data analytics skills, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance both to the wider team and senior leadership
- Experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Ability to develop compelling creative & a range of appropriate assets to deploy against defined campaign targets
- Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing budgets: including knowledge and practise of manging & helping reduce CPA costs, improving CLTV etc
- Strong knowledge of digital acquisition channels - proven hands on experience of running or experience of the following: Paid Social (Facebook primarily), Paid Search (Knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping and Search Ads 360), Programmatic advertising (DV360 and Campaign Manager), Affiliate Marketing experience and development (AWIN)
- Strong planning skills whilst also having the ability to adapt and change campaigns where required based on data insights
- Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced team
- Experience in managing B2C subscription brands a plus
