Salary: USD75000 - USD85000 per year

We are assisting our client to hire a Salesforce Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing their Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functionality and user support across our organization and partner networks. 

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer our Salesforce instance, serving as the main point of contact for over 200 users.
  • Enhance system architecture and optimize user settings to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Customize Salesforce with tailored objects, fields, and layouts to align with our business needs.
  • Develop automated processes and workflows to reduce manual data entry and enhance productivity.
  • Provide comprehensive training, technical support, and guidance to staff members.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates and proactively implement changes to improve our CRM effectiveness.
  • Maintain professional competencies and participate in ongoing educational programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; familiarity with Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is advantageous.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator designation required.
  • Experience with integration tools such as FormAssembly, Titan, and MailChimp is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and initiative to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
