Accountant (Property)

Our client is a listed property group. They are looking for an open-minded and proactive individual to manage the accounting operations of the property development business.

• Qualified CPA accountant
• Experience working in the property/real estate industry is preferred
• Candidates with Big 4 experience servicing property clients will be considered

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze monthly/interim management accounts and prepare annual financial closings
• Prepare monthly cash flow reporting and financial statements for management review
• Maintain fixed assets registers, recording additions, disposals, and depreciation
• Prepare audit schedules and support audit exercise
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent 
• At least five years of accounting experience, preferably in the listed company or sizable corporations
• Candidate with experience working in the property developer industry is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
• Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
