Senior Accountant

Our client is a listed property group. They are looking for an open-minded and proactive individual who is responsible for the accounting operations of the property development business.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of consolidated accounts and financial reports, including preparation for interim and annual closing to ensure compliance with financial policies,
• Assist in preparing monthly management schedules, financial forecasts, and budget schedules
• Prepare audit schedules and support audit exercise
• Enhance finance systems and operations, and take part in process improvement projects and new initiatives as needed

 Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent 
• At least five years of accounting experience, preferably in the listed company or sizable corporations
• Candidate with a property background is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
• Experience in Oracle JD Edwards is an advantage
• Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
