Finance Manager

Our client is a state-owned company seeking a hands-on individual to proactively manage group consolidation and state-owned reporting.

• Candidates with experience in both Big Four firms and in-house roles
• Expertise in consolidation and financial reporting
• Experience in state-owned reporting

Responsibilities:

• Prepare interim and year-end consolidated financial statements of the group in accordance with HKFRS and HK Listing Rules
• Maintain and continuously streamline the accounting work processes, policies and guidelines
• Assist in preparing the monthly report for the group/board.
• Assist with the annual budget and forecast
• Liaise with the external auditor for interim review and annual audit
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline, with CPA qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in the accounting field, including work experience in Big Four audit firms
• Experience in financial consolidation, with a solid understanding of Stated-Owned Reporting
• Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven, can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with colleagues, business units, and senior management
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SAP
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
