Salary: up to $130.000 p.a + Super

The Role

What You’ll Do
- Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and families.
- Provide personal counselling/therapy sessions with clients, building meaningful connections.
- Advocate for clients and coordinate with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance well-being.
- Monitor and manage clients’ mental health in collaboration with health professionals.
- Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to grow your expertise.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration (Psychologists) or AASW registration and the Mental Health Accreditation (Social Workers)
- Proven experience in mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Proven experience in providing individual counselling/therapy is mandatory for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for making a difference in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to meet program KPIs.
