With a smart Head Office in Central London, they are now looking for an experienced Head of HR/HR Director.
YOU WILL BE;
A dynamic candidate who can cope with fast-paced environment of a privately-owned multi-branded, international, restaurant business.
Understanding the hospitality business and it's complexities(e.g. tronc) - is a must.
Strong HR team management experience is also necessary
International experience (preferably US), ideal but not strictly necessary
Extensive ER experience required.
The ability to implement strategy through the team a necessity.
KEY ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE ARE;
• HR Operational issues
• Complex ER issues
• Organisational design
• Headcount and structure review/changes implementation plans, whilst tracking the required deliverables across all Territories.
• Legal proposals
• Work with HR leads and Territory GMs in each territory
• Research and report writing
• Policies
• Budgeting process
• Recruitment Strategy
As well of having experience of the above you will be a hands on leader who is not afraid of getting stuck in to the admin but is also able to operate at a strategic level.
