Head Of Client Relationships wanted by award winning legal service provider
My Client is an award winning legal service provider who have an exciting new vacancy for a qualified lawyer to join their team as a Head Of Relationships Manager. In the last few years they have rapidly grown their Client base and now need for a Head of Relationships Manager to develop their existing accounts and also engage with potential new clients.
- after a very successful period of growth this role has been created to help take the business through to its next stage of development.
If you work in a private practice and would like to use your skills in a slightly different way – this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The role:
• Working closely with lawyers to strengthen client relationships, selling services and identifying opportunities for cross selling and upselling.
• Developing strategies to generate additional revenue from existing client relationships
• Working closely with the Business Development Manager to conduct one-on one coaching sessions with lawyers to provide feedback, guidance, motivation and support on their business plans.
• Track and report on team interactions, client and partner interactions, and revenue performance.
• Bring creative ideas to increase our existing client referrals across the team.
The ideal candidate :
• Legal Expertise – having strong knowledge of legal services, with a background as a practicing lawyer or experience in the legal industry.
• Business Development Acumen - Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a legal environment.
• Strategic Planning - Ability to create and execute relationship management strategies that are aligned with broader firm objectives.
