LUXURY GLOBAL RETAILER SEEKS SUPERVISOR FOR FLAGSHIP CONCESSION IN CENTRAL LONDON

My Client is a global luxury retailer of many of the worlds most iconic brands.
This rare role has now arisen in their flagship concession in London
They are looking for an experienced (1-2 years) luxury fashion OR luxury supervisor , who can show exemplary standards of customer service , aligned with the ability to inspire the team and manage the concession in the manager's absence.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Job holders will be well rounded individuals with a background in retailing, and particularly luxury goods retail. They will be able to demonstrate;

 Retail sales experience, incorporating back-office duties
 Experience of one-on-one customer service and/or sales environments
 Appreciation of bespoke sales and high-priced sales transactions
 Willing and pro-active, with a ‘can-do’ approach
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to work within a team
 Excellent organisational and administration skills
 Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
 Experience of a commercial stock control system is preferred
 Impeccable personal presentation, good manners and diplomacy, even when under stress
