CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT/JEWELLERY ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR WANTED FOR PRESTIGIOUS JEWELLERY RETAILER. EXCITING NEW ROLE FOR THIS FAST-GROWING ONLINE AND RETAIL BUSINESS

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join their team as the Customer Service Assistant and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers.
The role includes:
• Assessing product issues and working with workshop teams to resolve them
• Track and issue repairs to the workshop
• Coordinate with regional offices for stock transfers
• Sourcing stones, findings etc for urgent orders
• Overseeing workshop repair costs
• General customer service
• Booking returns and repairs in a timely manner
• Sending products for hallmarking
• Preparing office collections, book appointments for collections
• Work with the wider team to undertake regular stock checks
What we’re looking for:
• An individual with strong knowledge of jewellery (Metals, settings, tolerances, etc)
• Product assessment
• Customer service or workshop related experience
• Customer service & handling customer queries over the phone and via email
