My Client is a renowned and rapidly growing jewellery group that embodies timeless elegance and exceptional craftsmanship.
As they continue to expand their global presence, they are seeking a visionary and customer-centric Head of Brand and Customer Experience to lead their brand marketing efforts and the customer journey across all touchpoints, both online and in-store.
This position requires a strategic and creative brand marketer with knowledge of the jewellery industry and a proven ability to create engagement, loyalty and satisfaction.
YOU MUST HAVE:
● Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in brand marketing and customer experience, preferably in the luxury jewellery or fashion industry.
● Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
● Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
● Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
● Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus.
● Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. ● Passion for jewellery and luxury brands.
