We always look for exceptional managers, who can manage the day-to-day operations of the site, from safety, staffing and ensuring rigorous on track processes through to responsibilities including financial compliance, staff training and development and food and beverage operations. All underpinned by ensuring great customer service every step of the way.
About you
2+ years management experience
Enthusiastic and proactive character
Ability to lead and motivate a team and drive results
Hospitality/retail/ leisure management background is desirable
Your Duties
Day to day site operations
Staff training and development, including new starters
Staff rota's and retention
Guest satisfaction and complaint resolution
Key focus on profitability, including F&B, ancillary products and memberships
