Main tasks & responsibilities:
Defining the digital content strategy and the content framework production - This all across digital sales.
Stakeholder management: consulting/improving user experience together with leadership and ross functional teams.
User flow design + case modeling for sales driving platform such as web, app and dialogue oriented products - Information architecture along the customer journey.
- Experience in UX, analytics, content management or digital sales.
- Expert on digital content, i.e. SEO or WCAG.
- Expert understanding of user centricity, target groups, user scenarios, user dialogues.
- High skillset to consult on and improve user experience across different digital channels, (social media, ecomm and related business platforms)
- Good with HTML, CSS, responsive design - also working in CMS with templates.
- Analytical skills to model user and information flows improving digital sales experience. Fluency in French and Dutch - mandatory.
