Overview and Objective of the Position
The Student Recruitment Manager plays a significant role in driving sales growth and achieving student recruitment targets in China on behalf of Navitas for Curtin Singapore. The role will predominantly focus on the specific region, with exposure to the others on an ad-hoc basis. Working closely with colleagues in Regional Management and their respective Divisional sales teams, this position will be part of a recruitment team in their territory. The team will be responsible for on the ground sales activities including, but not limited to training, events, student conversion and troubleshooting. This requires the ability to support a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across the region to drive long-term growth for Navitas in the market.
The role is responsible for the execution of the sales & marketing strategy, market research, marketing campaigns, marketing communications and budgeting. The external-facing sales & marketing activities will target direct and indirect channels in order to increase market share and international student enrolments for Curtin Singapore. The individual in the role will be a proactive, culturally aware, outcomes focused with strong executional capabilities. Flexible, dynamic, honest and reliable, innovative and influential. A proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills. The role will require laser focus on achieving targets and work closely with Curtin Singapore and Regional Management to achieve enrolment growth. This role will promote cooperation; instill a positive influence on others and have fun. Prinicipal Accountabilities

- Operationalize the Curtin Singapore Strategic Marketing Plans in the relevant territory in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Regional Management Team and divisional sales staff.
- Participate in all recruitment activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion and troubleshooting for all products within Curtin Singapore - which may change based on the operation needs of the business which will be broader
- Represent your territory in Divisional business and product development discussions.
- Coordinate and evaluate student marketing and recruitment strategies, campaigns, promotional activities, including joint activities with University partner.
- Handle student enquiries and manage leads.
- Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the CRM.
- Coordinate and deliver internal English tests where required.
- Execute pre-departure process with channel partners and students
- Engage with the Curtin Singapore Marketing Team to ensure appropriate sales collateral is available and utilized across regional management and channel partner networks.
- Conduct market research including employment, vocational and product trends.
- Deliver market insight and accurate sales forecasts through regular and detailed reports to the College.
- Collaborate with Regional Management Team to develop budget proposals for submission to the College.
- Execute Divisional and Curtin Singapore focused recruitment activities in market which may change based on business requirements
- Support Curtin Singapore in pipeline management and in market partner engagement.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
