We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln. 

This is a full time, permanent position. Working:

39.25 hours per week.

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break) with one day off per week. Alternate weekends Saturday 8.30am-5.30pm and Sunday 10.00am-5.00pm.

The ideal candidate will:

• Supervise a small warehouse team
• Help supply the three Garden Centre’s with stock from the warehouse
• Assist within Lincoln Garden Centre as required
• Be required to drive a Forklift/Reach Truck (training can be provided)
• Be able to drive our Delivery Van to assist with orders (During our peak season around April/May you may be required to start work at 6am)
• Be able to learn our EPOS system and be proficient on Word/Excel
• Have a valid UK license

The role will require the candidate:

• To have the ability to lift heavy items such as specimen plants, bags of compost, stoneware etc. on a routine basis.
• The ability to use computers to complete basic tasks such as checking stock availability, pricing and small amendments on our EPOS system.
• Have good customer service skills both when on the Garden Centre shop floor as well as out delivering.
