We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Executives on behalf of our well established client based in Louth, Lincolnshire. Our client is a leading European packaging company manufacturing sustainable solutions for some of the worlds most respected brands.
Salary: depends on experience
Working: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to deliver the highest possible level of customer service to enable our business to profitably grow through commercial excellence, in line with strategic business objectives to drive optimisation, profitability and efficiency.
The role:
- To ensure that all customer orders, quotations, designs, queries and complaints etc are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- To input and feedback to customers; details of work in progress, check and follow up any commitments made to customers or other departments to ensure promises are being met.
- Establish key working relationships with colleagues and client base
- To liaise and communicate fully, at all times with the line manager and relevant personnel within the department framework.

- Experienced in Microsoft Office (essential)
