We are currently recrurinig for an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of our well established client in Lincoln.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales internally and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyse market trends and develop effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales Manager

This is an office based role offering technical sales support (to clients & colleagues) as well as supply chain management. Working as part of an experienced team, this is both a proactive and reactive role. You will be expected to support and help deliver existing business from design inception through to final delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing sales projects from design inception to final delivery.
  • High level of customer care.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers & throughout the business.
  • Supporting external Sales Manager & Directors with day to day enquiries.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

You MUST have a current & proven track record of success in an office based sales support role.
It is PREFERABLE that you have previous experience of working in the packaging sector.

Individual requirements must include

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
