Chadwick Nott is excited to announce an opportunity with a prominent Top 100 law leading law firm with an excellent reputation in the Bristol market.

Their dynamic employment team is undergoing a period of substantial growth, creating an opening for an experienced Solicitor to join their thriving team.

As part of the role, you’ll tackle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working with an impressive client portfolio. Responsibilities include managing cases, handling complex ET claims, advising on employee relations, drafting policies, overseeing restructures and TUPE processes, and supporting training and business development.

The ideal individual for this position will have around 1 – 4  years PQE within employment law with a broad mixture of both contentious and non-contentious work. You will have proven expertise managing complex ET claims and advising on employee relations, senior exits, and redundancy/TUPE processes. Strong client relationship and communication skills are essential.
