My client is an award-winning law firm with a long standing and outstanding reputation in the Bristol market. They currently have an opening for a NQ Property Solicitor to join their successful Residential Property team.
The role on offer will involve managing the caseload and working closely with a senior solicitor within the team to develop your knowledge and expertise. The areas of work will cover a wide range of property matters (more in the drafting and advisory nature rather than pure contractual work). Duties will include but not be limited to:-
- Plot sales and purchases
- Leasehold scheme set ups and lease renewals
- Land deals
- Transfers of equity
- Management company advice
- Correcting title issues
- Auction sales and purchases
- Residential support to commercial department
- Lease extensions
To be considered, you must have a background in conveyancing and have a keen interest in property law generally.
