Salary: GBP66000 - GBP80000 per annum

Real Estate Lawyer 2+
Bristol

Fantastic 'top of the market' new real estate vacancy just announced by one of the leading firms in the Southwest market.

Our client is an international firm with an excellent reputation. Now in the UK Top 25, they work for household name clients and often get involved in groundbreaking, high profile work. The firm's major real Estate Team is one of the jewels in the crown without question, boasting well over 200 lawyers UK-wide, based in a number of UK locations, and the team is continuing to go from strength to strength, winning new work all the time and regularly hiring additional, high-profile lawyers to keep moving the department forward.

They have just announced this new vacancy for their Bristol team, and they are ideally looking for an ambitious lawyer with at least two years of top-quality Real Estate experience under their belt, most likely gained from working at a large regional or city firm.

The work on offer is second to none but crucially is varied and interesting to ensure you develop a strong portfolio of experience and expertise.  You can expect an impressive client base and whilst a property role, this role focuses on property matters within the energy sector, potentially involving projects such as wind, solar, battery storage, or hydrogen development. Responsibilities span various property tasks, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord-tenant relations, asset management, and portfolio management for national and international energy clients. You'll collaborate with a renowned Real Estate team, engaging in high-value transactions and building strong client relationships.

Candidates without energy and renewables experience are still encouraged to apply provided they can demonstrate wider development experience with an enthusiasm and passion to specialise in this growing field.

On offer is a highly competitive salary and attractive benefits package together with flexible hybrid working.
