A vacancy has arisen for a 3-5 PQE qualified Disputes Solicitor to work in the Inheritance and Trust Disputes department of this highly regarded and thriving firm in Exeter.

Within this role you would be responsible for a broad and varied case load of a wide range of contentious probate, trusts and Inheritance Act claims as well as some cohabitation disputes.

The ideal candidate for this role will be 3-5 PQE and must be technically proficient with demonstrable experience of independently managing their own case load, supervising junior team members, building lasting relationships with clients and have a keen interest in business development.
