# Responsibilities

• Supporting the risk and compliance team in ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance across all practice areas.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
• Providing legal advice and guidance on risk and compliance matters.

# Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with NQ-3 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience in risk and compliance within a private practice environment is beneficial.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

# Day-to-day

• Reviewing and assessing potential risks in client matters.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement risk management procedures.
• Researching and staying updated on changes in laws and regulations.
• Assisting with training sessions to educate colleagues on risk and compliance best practices.
