Employment NQ Solicitor – Cardiff

Our client are a highly regarded South Wales Legal 500 firm who are seeking a talented and motivated NQ  Employment Solicitor to join them in their Cardiff office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified to three years post-qualification experience solicitor to work on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and employment contracts
• Providing legal advice and support to clients on employment law issues
• Assisting with employment tribunal claims and preparing witness statements
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Keeping up to date with changes in employment law and best practice

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE
• Strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice and support to clients
• Commitment to continued professional development and staying updated on changes in employment law
