Due to growth, applications are encouraged from NQ – 3PQE. This is a rare and remarkable opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a Top 50 law firm.

The successful Banking Solicitor can expect to be involved in significant transactions across key sectors including Tech, Media, Energy, Financial Services, and more. The team excels in areas such as leveraged transactions, acquisition finance, debt fund work, and corporate finance.

To be considered you will be a qualified lawyer with experience in at least one of the firm’s key areas. You should have a strong understanding of Banking law and a demonstrated passion to specialise in this field.

Previous experience with a similar ranked banking team is desired. This may be as part of your training contract or post qualification.
