OPPORTUNITY: Top and rare opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to deal with city-quality corporate work joining a full service, commercial firm into their fantastic L500 listed corporate team. This award winning corporate team are looking for an ambitious and driven newly qualified corporate solicitor to join their highly ranked Corporate Team.

WORK: You will work on a broad range of transactions for public and private companies, financial institutions, partnerships and private individuals. In addition to mergers, acquisitions and disposals, you will also advise clients on private equity, equity capital markets ,corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and the formation of investment funds.

BACKGROUND: The firm are ideally looking for someone with first class experience in Corporate Law having ideally trained at a similar practice.
