Housing Management Solicitor NQ – 3 – Bristol

We are assisting a Top 100 law firm in their recruitment for a housing management solicitor to join a busy and successful team based centrally in Bristol.

You will handle a diverse caseload for various clients, including landlords and housing associations, addressing housing management issues such as possession, injunctions, tenancy breaches, disrepair, service charge disputes, and more.

Due to growth, our client are open to seeing applications from newly qualified candidates to 3 years PQE. They are looking for previous housing management experience preferably acting for landlords and housing associations.

Whilst this role is based in their Bristol office the firm offer flexible hybrid working arrangements and you can expect a blend of office and home working.
