Senior Private Client Lawyer
Location: Bristol

Our client are a well-established high street firm located on the bustling Gloucester Road in Bristol, providing high-quality legal services to the community. They are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team as the principal fee-earner in our Private Client department.

Role Overview: 

• Position: Senior Solicitor/Legal Executive
• Department: Private Client
• Location: Office-based in Bristol, with options for hybrid remote working 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Managing a varied caseload including drafting and advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and administering estates.
• Advising on trusts, lifetime gifts, and associated private client matters. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 7 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Membership of STEP and/or the Association of Lifetime Lawyers is desired but not essential. 

Requirements: 

• Proven track record in handling private client matters.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.
• Working Hours:
• Applications considered for full-time or part-time positions (minimum 3 days per week).
