Employment Senior Associate – Cardiff

Fantatsic opportunity  for an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join a leading Welsh full-service law firm who boast a number of L500 and Chambers accolades.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and will play a integral role within this thriving team.

You can expect to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to contracts, dismissals, discrimination, and workplace policies. You will independently manage a diverse caseload, handling complex employment disputes and litigation, and offering strategic advice to clients.

To be considered you will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in employment law with strong technical expertise and understanding of both contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a proven ability to apply this knowledge in a commercial context.

Strong drafting, IT and communication skills are essential together with a keen interest in business development initiatives.
