Corporate Lawyer – NQ to 4 Years PQE

Due to continued growth, our client are expanding its Corporate Team in Cheltenham and now have an opening for a Corporate Lawyer NQ – 4 PQE level to join their respected team of Corporate Lawyers and work closely with Directors on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, including:

• Share and Asset Sales/Purchases
• Management Buy-outs
• Company Restructuring
• Shareholders and Joint Venture Agreements
• Partnership and LLP Members Agreements
• Client Meetings
• Commercial Agreements

Our client are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Teamwork is essential together with strong business development skills.
