Chadwick Nott are instructed on an exciting opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm known for their exceptional culture in their thriving Commercial Property team.

As part of the larger real estate team, this role offers a broad scope of work, giving you the chance to collaborate with multiple commercial property Partners. This role will afford you the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial property issues, including landlord and tenant matters, site acquisition, funding, and ownership, but with a particular focus on advising clients within the charities and ecclesiastical sectors.  Whilst experience in this sector is desired, it is not essential.

The ideal candidate will have around 2-4 years PQE with strong experience and technical expertise in commercial property matters. Whilst a broad mix of commercial property work is desired, if you’ve specialised in one particular field then our client would still be keen to hear from you.
