Risk and Compliance Manager - Cheltenham

We are working with our highly regarded and well-established law firm client in Cheltenham who are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Solicitor to join them. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Work closely with COLP, MLRO, COFA, and Practice Manager.
• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and offer guidance on legal requirements.
• Train employees and monitor legal changes.
• Manage SARs, AML queries, and compliance documentation.
• Support COLP with regulatory duties and client care.
• Maintain and review Company policies.
• Deliver training and support compliance awareness.
• Advise on risk management and regulatory changes.

The successful risk and compliance manager will already be in a similar role and ideally have around 3 years experience of working in a risk and compliance role within a law firm.
