My client are one of the UK's leading Commercial Property teams, known for their extensive sector knowledge and ability to handle transactions of any size or complexity. The team is consistently recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
With a prestigious client base that includes household names, developers, investors, and housebuilders, they are seeking a commercial property lawyer to bolster their thriving team, focusing on housebuilder work.
Their housebuilder sector spans multiple disciplines and offices, covering all legal aspects of homebuilding—from land acquisition, planning, and construction to site setup and plot conveyancing. They are seen as as esteemed advisers in the residential development sector, working with the UK's largest volume housebuilders, strategic land companies, smaller traditional builders, and niche startups.
To be considered you will be a driven and motivated Solicitor or Associate with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience from a leading property practice, strong academic achievements, initiative, drive, and excellent organisational skills. You should be a team player and great communicator, eager to learn and develop your skills.
This role will enhance your technical and client management skills through challenging and varied work alongside leading lawyers who are truly experts in their field. There are significant opportunities for career development as you build client relationships.
