Contentious Probate Solicitor

Chadwick Nott is seeking a contentious probate solicitor to join our esteemed client, who is expanding their contentious probate team in Bristol. You will be a part of the dedicated contentious probate team in the Bristol office. 

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least a training seat in contentious probate/private client matters. Applications are welcome from solicitors at all levels, from NQ to senior associate. 

Your caseload will cover will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims, and disputes involving the Court of Protection. You should be enthusiastic about business development and eager to contribute to the team's growth.
