Our client is one of the leading Commercial firms in the Southwest and their long-established Residential Property team has a high-profile reputation across the South West providing advice on a wide range of work for a wide range of clients, including but not limited to:

  • First Registrations

Due to increasing levels of work, the firm can offer this new opportunity to be an integral part of a thriving team. The ideal candidate will already have at least three years' solid residential property experience, with good client-facing skills and proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets. You may be already based and working in the Southwest or you may be considering a lifestyle move to relocate to the area in the coming months. Either way, as part of a growing department this is an opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property matters from instruction all the way through to post-completion.

In addition you will be able to play an active role in the team's marketing strategies in place to continue the growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.
