Property Litigation Lawyer – Bath

We are working with a highly regarded multi office practice in their recruitment for a property litigation solicitor. You will be working for a firm who have an outstanding reputation who are very much in growth mode.

The successful property litigation solicitor will be managing a full caseload for a broad range of clients on a wide range of matters including but not limited to trespass, planning disputes and dilapidations,  breach of covenant, nuisance, boundary disputes, property damage and subsidence claims.

You will be a qualified solicitor with around 4 years PQE in property litigation, matters.  If this is as part of a wider general commercial litigation caseload, please still apply.
