Residential Conveyancer

Plymouth

We are working with a highly regarded muti office practice who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their well-established team in Plymouth.  

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters to include sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive, with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner. You will possess strong conveyancing experience and be confident in independently managing your own caseload.

You will be joining a firm who are established in the local market and have an existing client base. There is a great salary on offer, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be based from the Plymouth office, however, this firm are proud of their flexible hybrid working policy.
