Role Overview: As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, newbuilds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from inception to post completion
  • Advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents
  • Conducting due diligence, including title investigations and searches
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law
  • Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proactive and client-focused approach
