Salary: AUD35 - AUD36 per hour
  • Gladesville Location
  • $35.86 per hour, potential perm salary of $60k per year plus super
  • Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm - however flexible hours can be considered

We have an exciting opportunity for an all round Administrator to join a dynamic office team in Gladesville. Your role will be integral in provided administrative support to various divisions of the business which specialises in the production of flooring products.

Demonstrated Skills:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the sale team by creating quotes and proposals.
  • Provide support to the accounts department by doing simple data entry tasks and AR/AP inputs
  • Monitor the business's in box and respond to online enquiries promptly
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Be able to direct phone calls and enquiries to the appropriate people
  • Posses general administrative and clerical skills
  • Perform data entry duties

Qualifications:

  • You have solid experience in Administration and support practices
  • Posses a firm understanding of Accounting support practices and AR/AP duties
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skill
  • A valid and current drivers license
