Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 year's experience in Technical, Compliance, or Auditing roles within FMCG industry.

• High attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.

• Experienced in Internal Audit, ideally Lead Auditing.

• Proficient in statistical analysis and IT

• Degree educated, ideally with HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 training.

Duties:

• Drive the development and implementation of sustainability and quality control processes.

• Engage actively with our Integrated Management System to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements.

• Play a key role in the journey towards Net Zero 2050 by implementing effective compliance strategies.

• Conduct internal audits and lead auditing processes to ensure adherence to legal and quality standards.

• Utilize statistical analysis to improve process efficiency and compliance.
