Are you an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter with experience of working with Heidenhain or Mazatrol (Mazak). Duties / Skills & Experience

·      Programming & setting of 3,4 Axis Milling Machines – 5 Axis Milling machines an advantage.

·      Knowledge of Master CAD/CAM software an advantage although not essential and training can be given.

·      Fully skilled in CNC Programming / Setting and operations

·      Experienced using Heidenhain controls or Mazatrol (Mazak).

·      High degree of professionalism & attention to detail.

·      Produce varied work for various industries from large batch to small batch sizes which will require a high degree of accuracy.

·      Ability to understand drawings with close tolerances and be experienced in machining different types of materials i.e. Stainless steels & Mild steels.

·      Able to work independently under own initiative

·      Must be proactive and capable of anticipating potential problems

This is a permanent position Day Shift only with early finish Fridays – 1pm

Excellent rates of Pay dependent on experience
