Duties:
- Provide a welcoming professional service for the company
- Acting as the first point of contact for the company, greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Diary Management
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing and preparing documents
- Accounts Support and Credit Control
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
Experience:
- High level organisational and administrative management skills.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-motivated and self-policing team player.
